The structure comprises the following separate legal entities:
Each entity is organized and operates under a specific legal and regulatory framework, as outlined below.
AMS ITALY (USA) LLC
AMS ITALY (USA) LLC is the entity in charge of the U.S. market, operating as reference entity for the clientele from such jurisdictions as regards international advisory and coordination, not involving the direct provision of reserved legal services, billing and client support. The entity is also in charge of marketing, communication and public relations for AMS Italy Legal worldwide. It does not provide legal advice, is not authorized to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction or elsewhere and does not hold itself out as a law firm.
AMS ITALY (UK) LTD
AMS ITALY (UK) LTD is the entity in charge of the U.K. market, operating as reference entity for the clientele located in such jurisdiction or UK citizens residing abroad (except Italy and U.S.) as regards international advisory and coordination, not involving the direct provision of reserved legal services, billing and client support.
